The proposed 26-foot-tall building will have 25,798 square feet of residential space. The permit was filed on Nov 17, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 38 square feet of back yard space.
Pg Endeavors LLC filed the permit through their representative James Morri of Anthony Cucich Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 1 floor and 1,200 square feet of space.
