Permits have been filed to build a two-story residential building at 87 Westentry Road, in Todt Hill, Staten Island. The proposed 33-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 21, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Timothy Boyland of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building was built in 1901 with 2 floors and 2,000 square feet of space.
