The permit was filed on May 25, 2023 with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Gerald Caliendo of GeRAld Caliendo Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 2,000 square feet of space.
