The permit was filed on Sep 10, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 36 square feet of back yard space.
The Lika Organization filed the permit through their representative Ling Li of Rktb Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 1,000 square feet of space.
