The permit was filed on Nov 16, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 38 square feet of back yard space.
Winham Holdings LLC filed the permit through their representative Stanley Krebushevski of Anthony Cucich Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1955 with 4 floors and 107,867 square feet of space.
