Permits have been filed to build a seven-story ten-unit building at 11 Weirfield Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 8,200 square feet of residential space and 2,201 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 12, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 20 square feet of front yard and 35 square feet of back yard space.
E&m Builders Group Cop filed the permit through their representative Belal F Salim of Bfs Architect PC.
The existing building is a House built in 1910 with 2 floors and 3,500 square feet of space.
