The permit was filed on Dec 29, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Robert Lin of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1930 with 1 floor and 1,078 square feet of space.
