The proposed 170-foot-tall building will have 378 square feet of residential space and 2,052 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 06, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 37 square feet of back yard space.
Highline 118 LLC filed the permit through their representative Ted Gottesdiener of G5 Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1950 with 1 floor and 13,760 square feet of space.
