Permits have been filed to build a single story building on two contiguous lots at 12040 – 12042 Linden Avenue, in South Jamaica, Queens. The proposed 10-foot-tall building will have 300 square feet of residential space. The permit was filed on Jan 23, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Design.
The existing building was built in 1955 with 2 floors and 2,562 square feet of space.
