Permits have been filed to build a two-story two-unit building on two contiguous lots at 12040 – 12042 Linden Avenue, in South Jamaica, Queens. The proposed 25-foot-tall building will have 1,799 square feet of residential space and 35,400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Oct 25, 2019 specifying a wood-based building with 14 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Bakhtiar Shamloo of Tabriz Group Design.
The existing building is a House built in 1925 with 2 floors and 2,564 square feet of space.
