The proposed 96-foot-tall building will have 7,539 square feet of residential space and 417,734 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Jan 10, 2020 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 19 square feet of front yard and 35 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 2 floors and 5,200 square feet of space.
