The permit was filed on Aug 27, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 46 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Akeeb B Shekoni of Askon Architects PC.
The existing building is a House built in 2017 with 2 floors and 2,188 square feet of space.
