The permit was filed on Jun 23, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 10 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Benjamin Jeon of Jeon Consulting.
The existing building is a House built in 1940 with 2 floors and 2,200 square feet of space.
