The proposed 70-foot-tall building will have 2,118 square feet of residential space and 1,470 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Apr 29, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 57 square feet of back yard space.
Hope-keap Owner LLC filed the permit through their representative Joseph Frankl of Gino Longo Architect.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 1,076 square feet of space.
