The proposed 102-foot-tall building will have 2,610 square feet of residential space and 2,000 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Oct 10, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
Gramercy Park House LLC filed the permit through their representative Todd Poisson of Brian Ill Development LLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1889 with 6 floors and 29,974 square feet of space.
