Permits have been filed to build a three-story two-unit residential building at 14304 Negundo Avenue, in Flushing, Queens. The proposed 34-foot-tall building will have 360 square feet of residential space and 425 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 13, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 31 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Brian Ill of Tabriz Group Design.
The existing building is a House built in 1935 with 1 floor and 1,224 square feet of space.
