The permit was filed on May 20, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Wojciech Oktawiec of Path Architecture PC.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1938 with 3 floors and 3,880 square feet of space.
