The permit was filed on Oct 15, 2019 with 8 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Manica Realty filed the permit through their representative Cheng-yang Lee of James Zaharakis.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1950 with 2 floors and 3,500 square feet of space.
