Permits have been filed to build a five-story two-unit residential building at 15 Greenwich Avenue, in West Village, Manhattan. The proposed 63-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 29, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Eli Meltzer of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 1 floor and 1,500 square feet of space.
