The permit was filed on Dec 11, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Anz Consulting Engineering PLLC filed the permit through their representative Albert Zirino of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1931 with 1 floor and 720 square feet of space.
