Permits have been filed to build a five-story 22-unit residential building at 151 Hawthorne Street, in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn. The proposed 55-foot-tall building will have 11,969 square feet of residential space and 3,745 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 17, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building.
The Lenore Development Group LLC filed the permit through their representative Wayne Norbeck of A&t Engineering PC.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 2,548 square feet of space.
