The proposed 50-foot-tall building will have 378 square feet of residential space and 2,052 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 04, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 37 square feet of back yard space.
Posh Group filed the permit through their representative Noel Wong of G5 Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1933 with 2 floors and 1,800 square feet of space.
