Permits have been filed to build a two-story residential building on six contiguous lots at 10 – 24 Harris Lane, in Charleston, Staten Island. The proposed 34-foot-tall building will have 3,293 square feet of residential space and 766 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 29, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Harris Lane Development LLC filed the permit through their representative Steven Savino of Ameriland Brook LLC.
The existing building is a Loft built in 1950 with 1 floor and 11,918 square feet of space.
