The proposed 152-foot-tall building will have 4,745 square feet of residential space and 5,758 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Aug 12, 2019 specifying a wood-based building with 43 square feet of front yard and 103 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building was built in 1972 with 2 floors and 231,417 square feet of space.
