Permits have been filed to build a two-story two-unit residential building at 173 Sommer Avenue, in Bulls Head, Staten Island. The proposed 25-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 11, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Allison Holdings filed the permit through their representative Lawrence Mandarino of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1931 with 1 floor and 720 square feet of space.
