The proposed 153-foot-tall building will have 3,036 square feet of residential space and 7,621 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 26, 2019 specifying a wood-based building with 20 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Carnegie Management Inc. filed the permit through their representative Fariba Makooi of Ameriland Brook LLC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1931 with 1 floor and 800 square feet of space.
