Permits have been filed to build a two-story residential building at 18803 Pineville Lane, in Saint Albans, Queens. The proposed 26-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 14, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Amar Suraj Devi Cop filed the permit through their representative Manish Savani of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1899 with 2 floors and 1,472 square feet of space.
