The proposed 145-foot-tall building will have 6,769 square feet of residential space and 784 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 05, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 98 square feet of front yard and 60 square feet of back yard space.
Pl Sara LLC filed the permit through their representative Ariel Aufgang of Fang Architect.
The existing building is a High-rise built in 1969 with 21 floors and 400,932 square feet of space.
