The permit was filed on Apr 22, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 44 square feet of back yard space.
Diamond Development Group filed the permit through their representative Daniel Bernstein of Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1960 with 2 floors and 5,500 square feet of space.
