The proposed 145-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 24, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 2 floors and 33,736 square feet of space.
