The proposed 145-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 24, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Reec Third Ave LLC filed the permit through their representative Wayne Norbeck of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1910 with 2 floors and 33,736 square feet of space.
