The permit was filed on May 06, 2020 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 7 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
Nyc School Construction Authorit filed the permit through their representative David Kriegel of Gran Kriegel Associates.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1906 with 3 floors and 48,000 square feet of space.
