Permits have been filed to build a 12-story 62-unit residential building at 2351 Walton Avenue, in Fordham Heights, Bronx. The proposed 115-foot-tall building will have 1,877 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 03, 2020 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Urban Resource Institute filed the permit through their representative David Gross of Defonseca Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 480 square feet of space.
