The proposed 69-foot-tall building will have 580,324 square feet of residential space and 4,362 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on May 06, 2020 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 495 square feet of front yard and 275 square feet of back yard space.

The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1906 with 3 floors and 48,000 square feet of space.
