The permit was filed on Dec 03, 2020 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Jung Shin of Defonseca Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,368 square feet of space.
