Permits have been filed to build a single story commercial building at 24-46 89 Street, in East Elmhurst, Queens. The proposed 10-foot-tall building will have 1,933 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 31, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 32 square feet of back yard space.
