Permits have been filed to build a seven-story 121-unit residential building at 2501 Sedgwick Avenue, in Kingsbridge Heights, Bronx. The proposed 65-foot-tall building will have 7,553 square feet of residential space and 3,398 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 11, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building.
Skf Development LLC filed the permit through their representative Mohammad Badaly of Studio Gallos.
The existing building is a House built in 1901 with 2 floors and 2,608 square feet of space.
