The proposed 32-foot-tall building will have 2,970 square feet of residential space and 1,344 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Jun 16, 2020 specifying a wood-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 35 square feet of back yard space.
National Council Of Young Isreal filed the permit through their representative Arnold S Montag of Arnold Montag R.a., Am/pm Design.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1920 with 2 floors and 1,600 square feet of space.
