The proposed 92-foot-tall building will have 78,823 square feet of residential space and 1,865 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Aug 17, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Department Of Housing Preservati filed the permit through their representative Mark E Ginsberg of Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1988 with 1 floor and 123,910 square feet of space.
