The proposed 34-foot-tall building will have 3,293 square feet of residential space and 766 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Sep 28, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 10 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
Harris Lane Development LLC filed the permit through their representative Steven Savino of Ameriland Brook LLC.
The existing building was built in 2016 with 1 floor and 76,794 square feet of space.
