The permit was filed on Nov 27, 2019 specifying a wood-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 30 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Suresh Manchanda of Ameriland Brook LLC.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 2,656 square feet of space.
