Permits have been filed to build a two-story commercial building at 3018 Richmond Terrace, in Mariners Harbor, Staten Island. The proposed 24-foot-tall building will have 300 square feet of residential space. The permit was filed on Oct 23, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 11 square feet of front yard and 28 square feet of back yard space.
Same filed the permit through their representative George Turner of Sion Consulting Engineering PC.
The existing building is a House built in 2007 with 2 floors and 4,512 square feet of space.
