The permit was filed on May 26, 2020 specifying a concrete (cip)-based building with 18 square feet of front yard and 34 square feet of back yard space.
Stagg Group filed the permit through their representative Minkuk Kim of Marin Architects PC.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1901 with 2 floors and 1,857 square feet of space.
