The permit was filed on Apr 27, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 57 square feet of back yard space.
Four Roses LLC filed the permit through their representative David Kubik of Curtis + Ginsberg Architects LLP.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1938 with 2 floors and 10,166 square feet of space.
