The proposed 95-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 24, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Stagg Group filed the permit through their representative Minkuk Kim of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1954 with 1 floor and 1,456 square feet of space.
