The proposed 61-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 26, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Park View Bay LLC filed the permit through their representative Fernando Geremia of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 1899 with 2 floors and 3,719 square feet of space.
