The permit was filed on Feb 10, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 33 square feet of back yard space.
Harrison Realty LLC filed the permit through their representative Fariba Makooi of Group 2 Architects Engineers.
The existing building is a Townhouse built in 1920 with 3 floors and 1,908 square feet of space.
