The proposed 83-foot-tall building will have 110,008 square feet of residential space and 5,173 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Mar 11, 2020 specifying a concrete (precast)-based building with 12 square feet of front yard and 52 square feet of back yard space.
Nyc Dept Of Hpd filed the permit through their representative Andrew Bernheimer of Bernheimer Architecture.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in -1. The last sale was in December 1977.
