The permit was filed on Nov 18, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 15 square feet of front yard and 38 square feet of back yard space.
Eastone Parsons Holding LLC filed the permit through their representative Stephen Jacobs of Anthony Cucich Architect.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1960 with 2 floors and 34,560 square feet of space.
