Permits have been filed to build a single story residential building on four contiguous lots at Targee Street and Irving Place, in Stapleton, Staten Island. The proposed 10-foot-tall building will have 71,291 square feet of residential space and 400 square feet of commerical space. The permit was filed on Dec 16, 2020 specifying a masonry-based building with 50 square feet of front yard and 930 square feet of back yard space.
Clawson LLC filed the permit through their representative James Morri of Sage And Coombe Architects.
The existing building is a House built in 2009 with 2 floors and 2,600 square feet of space.
