The permit was filed on Dec 05, 2019 specifying a masonry-based building with 16 square feet of front yard and 37 square feet of back yard space.
The owner filed the permit through their representative Suresh Manchanda of G5 Architects.
The existing building is a Low-rise built in 1950 with 1 floor and 13,760 square feet of space.
